01How do I restore my purchases?
Use the app’s Restore Purchases action. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase, and that you have an internet connection so Apple and RevenueCat can verify it.
If Pro access still does not appear, email us with a description of what happens. Please do not send payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
02How do I cancel Questbound Pro?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Questbound, then choose to cancel the subscription or free trial. “Apple ID” may be shown as your name or Apple Account at the top of Settings.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period to avoid the next charge. Apple manages your subscription; emailing us or deleting the app does not cancel it.
03Where is my party and campaign data stored?
Only on your device. Your roster, character sheets, encounters, journal, and loot ledger are not uploaded to a Questbound server. There is no account, sign-up, or hosted campaign database.

04How do I turn sounds off?
Open the Party tab menu in the app and turn sounds off. You can use the same menu to turn them back on when you want them.
05What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting Questbound removes its locally stored party and campaign data from that device. We cannot recover campaign information because we never receive a copy of it. Any device backups you control must be managed separately.
Deleting the app does not cancel Questbound Pro. To stop future billing, cancel separately in your Apple subscription settings.
06How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can try Questbound Pro free for 3 days. After the trial, the selected plan is billed through Apple at $5.99/month or $34.99/year and automatically renews unless cancelled.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings; this website does not process payments.
07Does Questbound roll dice or replace our table?
No. Questbound is a companion for in-person Dungeons & Dragons play. It tracks party details and the campaign, but it does not roll dice or replace your friends, your Dungeon Master, or your physical tabletop.
